OTM, an award-winning creative agency based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is hiring another full-time Account Manager to work with our growing but currently 21-person team. This role is a hybrid one, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. It requires the ability to attend client meetings at both their site and ours.

Our Account Managers manage ongoing and new client relationships with the OTM Client Engagement Model™ alongside our growing Account Services Team. As a business strategy consultancy that produces results-driven, data-proven marketing–rather than a marketing company that merely creates beautiful content– we focus on business outcomes and client success. That means our Account Managers translate business objectives into inbound marketing tactics, campaigns, and projects with an ultimate goal of driving customer acquisition on behalf of our clients.

Our Account Managers:

  • Manage day to day client communication
  • Attend and lead client meetings and calls, preparing meeting agendas and recaps
  • Manage client projects, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality delivery
  • Participate in the creation of marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, and tactical development
  • Onboard and set up client projects in Project Management System
  • Work with Account Services to allocate resources managing timelines and budgets for clients and projects
  • Perform copy editing and quality assurance to approve new campaign assets
  • Conduct industry, client, and competitive research to thoroughly understand customer preferences, competitors, market trends, and opportunities.

We Are Seeking a Strategic Account Manager Who Has

  • Education typically acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, client accounts, or a similar role
  • Marketing industry knowledge; agency experience preferred
  • Client-facing experience managing projects, expectations, and outcomes for multiple clients at a given time
  • The ability to develop technical solutions involving multiple platforms
  • An understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Experience with HubSpot, and hands-on experience working with integration software and
  • An amazing combination of emotional intelligence, excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-orientation, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Expected Salary Range - $53,000–$65,000 base + bonuses dependent on experience and qualifications.
