Back then, we had no idea that the power of our understanding of business was so desperately needed by business leaders who wanted more than just marketing…but didn’t know what to ask for. We inherently understood. Over the years, we pursued this idea of 1% daily improvement, building a culture in which high performers thrive. In the process, OTM became more of a business strategy consultancy that produces results-driven, data-proven marketing, than a marketing company that merely creates beautiful content.
